Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peachie.us with your order number.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. To give us the best chance of catching your order in time, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the order after it ships, you may be able to return it under our Returns & Refund Policy once it arrives.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. If you have any questions about cancelling an order, email support@peachie.us.
