Returns & Refund Policy
At Peachie we want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for Peachie products.
Damaged or defective items
Because Peachie gummies are a consumable product, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@peachie.us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Claims made after this window may not be eligible.
Returns of unopened products
For health and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by first contacting support@peachie.us. Please do not send any item back before you have received return instructions from our team, as unauthorized parcels cannot be processed or refunded.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they were damaged or defective on arrival.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Missing or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived within 5 weeks of dispatch, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and contact the carrier directly. Peachie is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but later reported lost or stolen.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Please see our Cancellation Policy. In short, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to cancel before your order is dispatched.
